ABOUT US

Solwit.eko  is a group of experts of the waste and financial management, and in governmental sectors, who actively participate in the process of creating and developing the ENVIRA system. Their tasks include close cooperation with customers and supporting them in the whole process of business processess modeling, resulting from the implementation and use of a new IT tool. Solwit.eko Sp. z o.o. was established in 2015 as a spin-off of Solwit SA – a company with extensive experience in creating and testing IT solutions and in providing software services for clients of various industries. The company mission is to support the optimization and safety of proper waste management by implementing innovative IT solutions.

President of the Board

Experienced manager, financier, banker and business practices. Since 1991, associated with the consulting sector (finance, investments, mergers and acquisitions). Since 995 he worked in the banking sector, where he managed the development of cooperation with corporate clients in major commercial banks (including Raiffeisen Bank Polska, Bank Zachodni WBK, Kredyt Bank, Alior Bank). A graduate of the University of Gdańsk, participant in many trainings and studies, the most important of which are: "Akademia Lider" (ICAN Institute & Harvard Business Publishing), "Sales Management" (Mercuri International), Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Finance Management (Gdańska Fundacja Kształcenia Menedżerów & Price Waterhouse ), "Success thanks to people" (Capgemini Polska), Development program of the top management of BZ WBK SA (Pathways).

JANUSZ POZNAKOWSKI

Business Development Director - Industry Sector

He has almost 25 years of experience, supported by a number of certificates and recommendations in the field of analysis, standardization, unification, adaptation and implementation of modern IT solutions - mainly in the areas of production, operational, logistics, analytical, CRM and waste as well as ERP / MRP class solutions.
Responsible for system design and development, systems integration, digitalization strategies as well as creation and optimization of business models in various sectors and industries, within almost 180 completed projects.

KRZYSZTOF MASZKOWSKI

Project Manager

Certified Project Manager (ACPM, PRINCE2 Foundation). PMBoK, PRINCE2, AIM, ASAP, AGILE methodologies. He has 18 years of experience in managing large and medium IT projects (production, implementation, maintenance). He carried out projects in the following areas: ERP, CRM, HRMS / HCM, BI, GIS / SIP, production, dedicated systems for leading companies in the B & A sector, GB & I. He worked in leading IT companies in Poland (Computerland, Sygnity).

MAGDALENA AUGUSTIS

Implementation Manager

She has a long term experience in the implementation of waste management processes and environmental protection requirements in the waste management plants. She is also an auditor of the ISO 9001 and 14001 certification body.

IWONA ŚWIĄDER

Implementation Leader

A long-time specialist of government and self-government administration offices, with knowledge and practice in the field of environmental protection. She specializes at integrated permits, with special emphasis on waste management. Expert from the List of the Marshal of the Pomorskie Voivodeship and the Marshal of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship in the area of environmental feasibility for the Pomorskie ROP 2007-2013.

MARCIN TOBIS

Post-implementation Consultant

A graduate of the Koszalin University of Technology at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Environmental and Geodesy in the fields of Environmental Protection and Environmental Engineering.
Presents several years of experience in post-implementation consulting.
